  I love this place. I stayed here for almost 4 years while attending Western Iowa Tech and had zero issues. Later, after I married, I moved back in here and aside from being dated, had zero issues. Has a great down home atmosphere, I actually miss living here and if I came back to Siouxland, this would be the first place we'd go.

  I've had multiple problems within the two years i lived there. I never was a bad tenant, rent was never late. They have cockroach infestation. We had a broken dishwasher for two whole weeks before they repaired it. We had our ceiling leaking water from the roof and their emergency solution was to poke holes in the ceiling so it drained into our bathroom sink. They also abuse the emergency entry law. Entered my apartment about every other week for the same problem. Stating its an emergency, and once did it 3 days in a row. The workers they have are incompetent, and they hire the incompetent companies to help them fix the emergency issues. They also refused to send me proof that there was an emergency problem. Save yourself the headache and don't rent from them, by far the worst people I have ever rented from
